NOTES ON TANDEMS:

When you slide your tandems at the customer is not crucial when you do it. The important thing is to make sure your tandems are all the way in the back when you either drop the trailer or complete backing into the dock.

We slide our tandems to the rear for docks and drops because the forklifts will damage our trailers.

Be sure to move the tandems to the appropriate guesstimated hole before leaving the shipper so you are legal on the road heading to the scale.

NOTES ON DETENTION:

If you were on time for the shipper, and it was more than 2 hours to live-load, take a picture of your BOL and send it to Detention@Stevenstransport.com.

     - You should always write your arrival and departure Dates and Times on your BOL for pickup and Delivery.

     - When emailing detention, be sure to put the load number and your truck number in the subject line. Example: 6832132/18993.
