NOTES:
These ON DUTY compliance status are crucial to being legal. For questions, comments or complaints, please call Compliance at 1-800-527-7094. Drivers are getting severe fines for non-compliance with these HOS rules, plus it will cost you and Stevens Transport CSA points and go on your permanent DAC report.

Before arrival at the shipper:
You should always have a trailer washout and it must be clean, and odor-free before arriving at the shipper, unless the shipper has a washout. It is not only company policy, but because we haul food grade cargo, it is the law. Do not sweep out your trailer.

Your trailer should also always be full of fuel. You can fuel your trailer at any fuel stop that accepts Comdata at any time along your route, regardless of your Optistop.

Out of Route Miles (OOR):

If you need to go off route for fuel or a washout, email your DM and let them know where you are going off route and why, so you can be paid for your Out Of Route miles.
