Notes:

​​​Scale your new load, regardless of what the previous driver's scale ticket may say. Variations in truck types, fuel levels, and fifth-wheel locations mean that a weight limit legal for one driver might not be legal for another. Adjust tandems or 5th wheel as necessary and send a macro 15 when properly scaled. Unless your truck is overweight, you do not need a paper copy of the scale ticket.
