NOTES:

The ON DUTY compliance status in the checklists is crucial to being legal. For questions, comments, or complaints, please call Compliance at 1-800-527-7094. Drivers are facing severe fines for non-compliance with these HOS rules, and it will also cost you and Stevens Transport CSA points, which will also be recorded on your permanent DAC report.

Before arrival at the shipper, receiver or drop yard:

You should always have the trailer washout done and it must be clean, and odor-free before arriving at the shipper, unless the shipper has a washout. It is not only company policy, but because we haul food grade cargo, it is the law. Do not sweep out your trailer.

Your trailer should also always be full of fuel. You can fuel your trailer at any fuel stop that accepts Comdata at any time along your route, regardless of your Optistop.
